Come join us in An Evening for the Dolphins. We will be screening Oscar award winning documentary The Cove, a powerfully moving film that exposes dark secrets of the small fishing community of Taiji, Japan.
Following the film will be a presentation from past Cove Guardians, as well as a Q&A session with up-coming Cove Guardians. All funds raised will pay for our own local activists (from Nanaimo!) to become Cove Guardians and travel to Taiji, Japan in March 2011.
Tickets can be purchased at Tourism Nanaimo (Beban Park), Boston Pizza, and The Thirsty Camel cafe. You can also purchase tickets by contacting administrators on our Facebook group, The Cove Guardians.
Tickets are $10 and there are a limited number of seats available for this benefit screening, so get your tickets ASAP! This event WILL SELL OUT!
