Alpine Gardeners of Central Vancouver Island welcome Paul Spriggs from Victoria to visit us again & give 2 slide shows: Island Alpine: the Mountain Flora in Our Own Backyard & Favourites for the Crevice Garden. Paul has been rock gardening for 23 years and building crevice gardens for 16 years. He installed the crevice garden in the Eswyn Lyster Rock & Alpine Garden next door to the meeting venue. He recently co-authored the first North American book on crevice gardening.
$5 at the door covers a ticket on the plant draw & refreshments.
