The Allegra Singers Community Choir - A Celebration of Spring
This season the Allegra Singers is proud to support the Westshore Food Bank.

For 15 years the non-profit Allegra Singers have performed a wide
variety of music - from classical to jazz, gospel to musical theatre,
world music to pop, folk, and rock�

This concert will have choral arrangments of Song Sung Blue by Neil
Diamond, Billy Joel's For The Longest Time and Michael Jackson's I'll Be
There. The jazzy Latin Bim Bom will have you dancing in your seat. Songs
from the musicals of Richard Rogers too... Oklahoma, The King and I and
The Sound of Music to name a few.

Canadiana with the ballad This Land is What I Am and the rollicking Log
Driver's Waltz along with a couple of beautiful Negro spirituals Down To
The River To Pray and Shine On Me.

A highlight is the incredibly beautiful Time To Say Goodbye made famous
by the gifted Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli.

In addition to our many choral selections, the Allegra concert programs
always sprinkle in solo performances for added color and oftentimes
you�ll hear a guitar or flute along with the piano stylings.

An afternoon or evening with the Allegra Singers is always a musical
treat in variety and fun.

Tickets can be bought at the door. $12 General Admission, $10
Students/seniors. Free admission for pre-school children. $25 for Family
pass (2 adults/2 students)
