In honour of Valentine's Day, the PORTALS Gallery at the Cowichan Valley Arts Council is having a members' only show about love. Not just romantic love...but animals, family, games, angels, anything about love.
There is also a very, simple, moving display of dripping water....one drop equals one child in foster care across Canada....50,000 of them.....50,000 drops for 50,000 children. It sounds like a heart beat.
