Originally from Havana, Alexis Baro is one of the most gifted and versatile trumpet players in Canada. Since relocating to Canada in 2001, he has worked on over 30 CDs and worked with everyone from Tom Jones to Hilario Duran. His latest CD, Blue Skin, has been nominated three times for a National Jazz Award.
