Advent Spiral

A mood of quiet beauty pervades a darkened room that gradually becomes lit up with candles in this meditative beginning to the advent season. Begin in the foyer with cookies and tea, then take an apple-candle into the spiral room, where musicians play soft music. Seat yourself until you are ready to take your apple candle into the centre of the spiral to light it at the large candle there. On your way out of the spiral, set your apple candle down on one of the wood platforms and sit down again, or depart the room.
Choose the 1-2 pm spiral, or the 3-4 pm spiral.
This is a gift to the community from a small group of Island Oak High School alumni parents, donations are accepted and go to the musicians.
