Experiment by combining acrylics and collage to push your work to a new level. Acrylics have excellent adhesive qualities enabling one to develop highly textured surfaces on which to paint. Tissue papers, watercolour paper, cardboard, and other objects can be combined with acrylic mediums to create unique effects. This approach can be applied to a variety of themes from abstract to still life to portraits.
Students will start by looking at work by other known artists.
