The Victoria Accordion Club Band performs a free concert, “Accordions by the Sea” on Saturday, July 6 at 2:00 pm in Sidney Beacon Park Band Shell on the waterfront.
The band will treat the audience to a wide variety of pop music, played through the increasingly popular accordion. It’s a versatile instrument, far more so than most people realize. The band plays big band, country classics, rock’n’roll oldies, broadway show tunes, and everything in between, including of course the ever-popular Oktoberfest style polkas and waltzes.
