A Reading of Dickens' "A Christmas Carol"

For many people Dickens' Christmas Carol readings signal the start of the festive season. This year, the Chemainus United Church will again host and present this classic event with guest performers, The Concenti Singers conducted by Sheila Johnson.
The story will be brought to life by Chemainus Theatre Festival's Artistic Director Mark DuMez, local actors Erin Ormond, Bruce Ormond and John Wray, Minister of Chemainus United Church. The evening will be hosted by Jamie Stephen. Tickets are $15 per person or $35 for a family, available in Chemainus at the Owl's Nest Bistro and Cafe, 49th Parallel Grocery, and the Chemainus United Church. In Duncan tickets are available for purchase at Volume One Book Store.
All net proceeds will go to Harvest House Food Bank and the Chemainus United Church. Patrons are also asked to donate food items for Harvest House Food Bank on the night of the performance. Join us for what is sure to be a beautiful evening and take time to prepare for what is at the heart of this festive season.
