Grounding ourselves in and on the land of Mary Lake Nature Sanctuary, we will practice a small number of simple Sacred Circle Dances to offer, in ceremony, to ourselves, to the sanctuary and to the Earth. Sacred Circle Dance is a meditative dance form which flowed out from the old rivers of European folk dance. Sacred Circle Dances seek to develop energetic connections within each dancer, the circle and the world around.
