Bob Dylan is certainly the most prolific and influential songwriter in the past one hundred years in the acoustic/folk traditions. From his first recording in 1962, he has been at the centre of, and has led, the craft of modern songwriting.
This evening is devoted to Bob’s songs from that first record right through to his current work, and features many Victoria-Folk-familiar names such as Jake Galbraith, Tracy Summers, Rick Van Krugel, Paddy Hernon, Patty Castle, and Mike Jones, and welcomes back to our stage such fine singers as Marc Jenkins, Mark Hellman, Bob de Wolff, Robert Anderson & Susan Ellenton, and Casey Prediger. And maybe others! Our evening will be hosted by Denis Donnelly.
