Air Cadets is more than just activities; it's major focus is building character and leadership skills in young people; developing fitness and providing an opportunity to see what the Canadian Forces air element is all about.
The 676 Squadron Open House is a chance to come and meet Air Cadets and staff first hand and find out how our program offers something interesting for anyone between the ages of 12 and 18. While Air Cadets includes chances to fly in both gliders and powered aircraft we have lots of other exciting activities that will appeal to just about everyone! See our displays and a new video about what we do including our first class range program, biathlon, band, drill team, first aid training and camping trips not to speak of summer camps held at various places across Canada. You can even use some of your Air Cadet time for High School credits.
Come and join us for a light lunch and check out our WWII vintage RAF hall.
