This is the 40th annual Cow Bay Sailing Regatta.

This popular regatta is held August 2nd to 4th in lovely
Cowichan Bay, Vancouver Island.

We host the North West Multi Hull Championship, PHRF, one-design racing fleets and this year introducing a Cruising Class.

Come enjoy some of the best racing in the Salish Sea

This regatta regularly attracts up to 80 sailboats from across the Salish Sea. Racers enjoy the consistent south easterly winds that arrive late morning to provide two great days of racing. Regular Cow Bay racers refer to the wind as 'the Doctor'.

Cowichan Bay is a lovely village located 12 nm north of Sidney, BC and 34 nm south of Nanaimo in the beautiful Cowichan Valley.

Event head quarters are at Kil-Pah-Las Beach, the east end of the village. We are grateful guests of Cowichan Tribes.
