With face-melting guitar solos that rise above the crowded field of pretenders, the versatile band brilliantly delivers unparalleled improvisational jams to packed houses night after night, city after city. The band’s home is Chicago – the capital city of the blues – where they get the ultimate stamp of approval from one Hall of Famer and blues icon Buddy Guy.

Music fans the world over come to his famous club, Legends, where they'll often find Moss playing, booked by the icon himself because “Nick is a favourite at my club. David Gogo Band Sunday, September 4 – 7:00pm ~ $30 (tax incl.) "Gogo distinguishes himself as not only a fiery guitarist, but also as a world-class slide player.....he is as soulful a singer as he is guitarist." - Blues Revue/BluesWax David Gogo’s groove-fueled blend of blues and rock is the basis for a singular and storied music career. His warm, rugged vocals pair perfectly with his extraordinary, virtuosic guitar. Earning numerous Canadian blues accolades, Gogo has received five JUNO nominations, a Western Canadian Music Award, a CBC Saturday Night Blues Award, and multiple Maple Blues Awards. Gogo's most recent JUNO nominated release Vicksburg Call adds even more acclaim to his already impressive inventory. He’s appearing at Blues Bash with his band, featuring Bill Hicks on drums and Jay Stevens on bass.
