This is a day full of camaraderie!
As the Naval veterans arrive, they look for the sign-in sheet on the wall with the name of the vessel(s) they served on. Then the fun begins as they look for their shipmates and reminisce with great regale. The Navy Vets Band from Vancouver will be here to play familiar tunes.
Special arrangements have been made with the Qualicum Beach Inn for visiting Naval veterans. They are offering $100 off their room rate. The adjusted rates are $149.00 all rooms for 2; or $169.00 which includes breakfast (a $30 value). Anyone requesting accommodation may use the toll free number 1-800-661-0199.
