2016 Mud Mulisha Mud Run - Shawnigan Lake

This will be the 3rd annual Mud Mulisha Mud Run back at the amazing proprty in Beautiful Shawnigan Lake!

The perfect setting for a perfect day!  You'll be spoiled with an obstacle-filled 7K run through the 200 acre property.

You'll be greeted as you come accross the finish line with an ice cold bevvy, your sexy, new race bling and ushered into the festival area for a selection of food carts, beer garden and crankin' tunes!

Distance is 7+ kilometers with 20+ obstacles.

The 'Elites' will be in the first heat which will start at 8:30am.  8:40am will be the first Open heat and they will run every 20 minutes and will be capped at 100 runners max per heat.

You will be given a color coded band to indicate which heat you are in so please make sure you're heading to the starting line for the right heat or you will be penalized with 25 burpees and sent to your correct heat time!

The Elites will be chip-timed as they are competing for prizes.

You must complete all obstacles individually (open heats/teams are able to help each other).  Otherwise a 20 burpee penalty will be imposed and enforced by our very own Mud Mulisha Burpee police that will be stationed at each obstacle.  Elites must attempt each obstacle once.

The Jr. Mulisha run will start at 12:30 from the main festival area and will be a modified 1K course with 12 obstacles.  Parents are welcome to run alongside their kids and are not obligated to do the obstacles.  No penalty will be imposed on the kids for incomplete obstacles.
