2016 Cobble Hill Cross Country Mountain Bike Race

After 10 years of racing at Cobble Hill, we feel we have the perfect combination of single and double track trails, we think the course distance is dialed in at 21km for Experts, 14km for Intermediates and 7km for Beginners and we know there is enough tough climbing to satisfy a billy goat! Expect a similar route to 2015 with some variations to explore some of the new trails built on Cobble Hill over the last year.
The race begins at 12:00pm for the Experts, then a 1min stagger for the Intermediates and then another 1 minute stagger for the Beginners.
Summit Cheer Zone
The course is climbing to the summit this year and the tired racers are going to need all the help they can get. We are encouraging spectators to make their way to the summit during the race to cheer on the racers. We will provide some cowbells and noisemakers during registration. Costumes are encouraged.
Awards & BBQ
Every racers will receive a BBQ ticket along with a chance to win some awesome draw prizes.
The winner of each category will receive a coveted custom made mug.
