2015 Central Island Artisan Studio Tour

A Drive-Yourself opportunity with detailed maps, artist information and even a take-along smartphone app with artist links, galleries, interactive reviews and photo posting! This tour is open to all artists who maintain a working studio that is publicly accessible (tho not necessarily open to the public at all times).
It is unjuried, and encourages emerging artists to participate on an equal level with their experienced and better-known peers.
Disciplines represented among the 55 studios (more than 70 artists) on the tour include: Painting of all mediums Drawing Woodwork Stonework Jewellery Glasswork Leatherwork Quilting Printmaking Upcycled/Repurposed Photography Foods & Herbals Silkscreening Our full colour brochures are available at numerous popular spots from Nanaimo to Campbell River, and at key arts & tourism locations beyond.
