Here are 8 things to love about our Lavender and Arts Festival as it celebrates its 4th anniversary.

1. Everything smells really, really good. And purple, pink and white is pretty.
2. Admission is $5 for adults {children under 12 free}. Proceeds will go to support the BC SPCA Cowichan & District
3. Artists, of different disciplines, will show case and will be selling their work. And children can express their creativity with Saori weaving, adults also!
4. You can add sound to your scent with live music by Aaron Bethune on guitar.
5. You�ll learn, about the extraction of Essential Oil by distillation, with a demonstration and a brief overview of the history of distilling. Also how to propagate lavender demonstration and handout to take home. Try your hand at removing the lavender buds from the stems with our new de-budding machine.
6. �Edibles and potables� taste and experience lavender lemonade & cookies � take home simple recipes.
