2013 marks the first ever PGA TOUR CANADA Event to be held in Victoria British Columbia, Canada.

For the 6th year in a row the Event will commence at the Historic Uplands Golf Club as top developing Golf professionals from around the World will compete at the Times Colonist Island Savings Open in what is sure to be an exciting week of golf.
