Alert Bay MusicFest is a full-on one day music festival going strong since 2000. Located in Alert Bay, a quaint little village nestled in a bay on Cormorant Island. This village is in the misdt of the Johnstone Straights where whales, dolphins and eagles, kayakers and fisherman live. This village is approximately 0.69 sq miles, with a population of about 1200.
People come from far and wide to enjoy this unique Musicfestival comprised of live music, crafts, food dancing and much more. The music is always a wide variety from Country to Rap, Folk to Reggae.
