This year Bear Wear will run from November 25th to January 3rd in the lobby of the Hotel Grand Pacific

After 10 amazing years, the Bear Wear volunteer organizing committee has made a few changes to the event to ensure that all your donations are going directly to support children and youth. This year 25 generous sponsors have taken it upon themselves to give 25 bears a little fashionable flare. There will not be an auction this year, but you are invited join the Queen Alexandra Foundation for Children, for this free, family-friendly event and vote for your favourite bear.

All of the funds raised at this year�s event will support the Queen Alexandra School Age Program. When Children enter the school system they often need a range of supports to help them achieve their full potential. The therapists in this program work with the students, education assistants and teachers to develop strategies for success. Last year alone, 1868 children were helped. Our goal this year is to raise $30,000 for the School Age program, but we cannot do it without your help � So come out and vote for your favourite bear!
