Since 1992 Claude Méthé and Dana Whittle have been playing, composing and sharing everything in music and in life. Married for over 20 years, they are both singers and songwriters that brim with creativity and love for the style of music they create together, inspired primarily by Quebec's traditional roots.?
=0D=0A=Zigue is an amalgam, a fusion of simple and complementary elements drawn from the contemporary terroir of their imagination. Claude's traditional violin playing and his poignant and authentic songs are supported by Dana's rhythmic guitar and percussive "pieds". As a duo, they bring out their passionate bond and infectious energy, the type of magic found only within a musical family. To make it even more of a family affair, Claude and Dana's son, Aime Methe will join them on stage.
=0D=0A=Qristina Brooke, (aka Bachand) is well known for her expressive fiddling style and sincere vocals, Qristina is a consummate performer who is clearly at ease on stage. Her contagious energy and love of Folk and Celtic music is always at the forefront as she captivates her audiences with energetic and spirited performances which showcase her fiddling and vocal talents. As a vocalist, Qristina enjoys performing a repertoire of original and traditional songs that bring out deep emotions with which people can easily relate.
