<p>Certified instructors Dr. Barbara Low and Charlotte Crowley lead outdoor sessions on the grass--comfortable hatha style fun for all ages and experience levels. Enjoy developing strength, flexibility, balance, breathing control, stress management, mental focus, and coordination while you have a great time at the beach.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Bring your mat/towel, sunblock, hat, water, sunglasses, and sense of humour!</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Turn off Hwy 19A on Corfield to enter the park, turn right at the concession stand, then look for our Yoga on the Beach signs on Beachside Drive.</p>
