=0D=0A=You'll have access to our Internationally Recognized Yoga Teacher Trainer and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, taking you through the entire program step by step.
=0D=0A=The Yoga Fitness Leader (YFL) Part 1 is an educational 2-day course that gives individuals the required tools to create safe, balanced, and enjoyable yoga-fitness classes. The YFL Part 1 is the first part of a nationally recognized 3-part certification program allowing instructors to teach in a wide variety of Yoga settings including fitness centres, community centres, group homes, and private residences.
=0D=0A=The YFL Course is a BCRPA approved certification program and is recognized by the BCRPA for 16 Continuing Education Credits.
=0D=0A=This course is also perfect for those who simply wish to increase their personal experience and knowledge of yoga. It includes proper breathing techniques, postural guidelines, a brief overview of yoga philosophy, and detailed step by step instructions for over 45 yoga asanas (poses).
