<p>Learn tips and tricks specific to female bike riders, bike control, effectiveness of changing gears, negotiating hills, rider safety, being comfortable on a bike, taking corners, descending, road rules and regulations, basic bike mechanics and much more.&nbsp; All participants must have a certified biking helmet &amp; full functioning bike. Participants should feel comfortable with riding, stopping and turning.</p>=0D=0A=
