The Westwood Lake Relay is a cross country FUN running event for individuals and teams of four runners to enter.=0D=0A= =0D=0A= Teams consist of 4 runners, each runner runs around the lake covering a distance of approximately 5.5 km x 4 = 22 Km.=0D=0A= =0D=0A= Individuals may run the whole distance, around the lake four times.=0D=0A= =0D=0A= The inaugural event took place on October 2008, over 50 teams (200 runners) entered.
