This workshop is inspired by the many artists who have made paintings based on the grid, including Paul Klee, Gunter Stolzl, Agnes Martin, Peter Halley and Stanley Whitney to name a few. Working with both ruler-drawn and free-hand approaches, the grid will be used as a way to develop a composition and to work with colour.</p>
