=0D=0A=Wassailing is an ancient custom in which we bless the orchard and scare away all the evil spirits. Wassail celebrations involve singing and drinking to the health of trees in the hope that they will thrive.
=0D=0A=The word ‘wassail’ comes from the Anglo-Saxon phrase ‘waes hael’, which means ‘good health’. In celebration of Wassail, we will be offering:
