This event is open to everyone &ndash; whether you&rsquo;re an enthusiast or you&rsquo;re career-minded. It&rsquo;s a chance for you to get hands-on experience with what we do in the Faculty of Trades and Applied Technology. </p>=0D=0A=
<p>There will be plenty for you to do at the 2025 Trades and Tech Showcase. You can:</p>=0D=0A=
<p>- operate a mini-excavator</p>=0D=0A=
<p>- flavour your own kettle chips</p>=0D=0A=
<p>- try a welding simulator</p>=0D=0A=
<p>- taste liquid nitrogen ice cream</p>=0D=0A=
<p>- build a wood planter and fill it with strawberry plants</p>=0D=0A=
<p>You&rsquo;ll also get a glimpse of the future as applied technology students showcase some of the innovative tech projects they have created.</p>
