<p>The staff at VIU&rsquo;s Culinary Program and Food Services wants to do their bit to help, and they're inviting everyone to join them in their efforts to raise funds for the Canadian Red Cross in a fun food fundraiser.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>They're making a simple and delicious meal that you can enjoy as a late lunch, or package up for dinner in your own take-away containers. (They've got containers for 50 cents each, but encourage you to bring your own!) -</p>=0D=0A=

<p>Every dollar raised will be matched by the Canadian government.
