DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>The Farmhouse (Manor) and Schoolhouse are located across the street from one another at the corner of Admirals Road and Craigflower Road.<br />The Farmhouse is in the municipality of View Royal at 1801 Admirals Road.<br />The Schoolhouse is across the border in the District of Saanich, at 2765 Admirals Road.</p><p><strong>Tours</strong></p><p>The site is open for tours at 2pm, Monday through Friday, from May 1<sup>st</sup>&nbsp;through to September 30<sup>th</sup>, excluding holidays. Tours start at the Farmhouse. The Farmhouse is undergoing restoration after a fire in 2009 and is not available for an indoor tour but the Schoolhouse is fully open, call us for updates.</p><p><strong>Admission Fees</strong></p><p>Admission is by donation.<br />Children under 12 are free.</p><p><strong>Admission is free for&nbsp;<a href="http://blog.conservancy.bc.ca/membership/">TLC Members</a>!</strong></p><p><strong>Tours available by appointment</strong><strong><br /></strong><br />Tours are always available by appointment, please call &nbsp;250-386-1606.</p>
