The Victoria Horticultural Society will meet on April 4, 2023, from 6:30-9:00 pm. at the Garth Homer Centre (813 Darwin Ave). Mike Rogers will lead a workshop at 6:30 PM on choosing and using ornamental grasses. Our main speaker at 7:30 pm is Jeff de Jong, who will speak about how to make the best plant choices for multi-season beauty: “Plants that earn their keep!” Jeff is a horticulturalist who teaches gardening courses at the University of Victoria and leads local and international garden tours.
