You&rsquo;ll love the flowy trails around Ladysmith and along Holland Creek with it&rsquo;s beautiful Waterfall. Don&rsquo;t be fooled though, the long course packs a generous climb up to the Heart Lake Loop! You won&rsquo;t want to miss this one!<br /><br />We&rsquo;ve lengthened our long course this year to include 3 new kilometers of gorgeous trails that the Heart Lake area has to offer!
