Program will include Vaughan Williams&rsquo; <em>Tuba Concerto</em>, Arthur Pryor&rsquo;s <em>Blue Bells of Scotland</em>, Ewazen's <em>Trio for Trombone, Tuba and Piano</em>, Morricone's <em>Gabriel's Oboe</em> and more.
