This year’s Bite lineup features eleven of the city’s best establishments. We are grateful for their enthusiasm and commitment to supporting this event and TheatreOne’s season offerings. There are some new faces this year including: The Coast Bastion Hotel and, 1-8-7 Chicken, which is a mini food truck serving Japanese style chicken wings; and the returning favourites: VIU Baking Program, Culinary Institute at VIU, Sawmill Taphouse and Grill, The Vault Café, Oxy Pub, Longwood Brewery, Thirsty Spirit Roast House, Coco Café, and Cassidy Country Kitchen.
