DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>Traditional Paella is one of the most well known Spanish dishes.&nbsp; Recreated around the world, paella is a classic dish heaped in tradition that is so much more than bright yellow rice with a mussel or two stuck in the top!<br /><br />In this class we will discuss the variations of paella from around Spain, the types of rice available to us in North America, and the history of Paella.<br /><br />Paella needs great stock, and the quality of the seafood is paramount to its success.
