During this class we will explore the health risks of eating a diet high in refined sugar and refined carbohydrates, such as cardiovascular disease, mental illness, systemic inflammation, and of course diabetes and its associated precursors. We will talk about the foods that should be avoided and discuses proper macronutrient ratios for maintaining healthy blood sugar regulation.
