=0D=0A=Lori will talk about changing demographics in Campbell River and the Strathcona area, and the impact of that for business projected over the next 20 years. She will discuss both the challenges and the opportunities associated with an aging population, and specifically the need for businesses to prepare now… because projections show there are not enough youth to take over.
=0D=0A=She will talk about succession planning, and the Venture Connect program which prepares businesses planning to sell, and match-ups with suitable buyers.
