<p>Every manager is responsible for nurturing &ldquo;the employee experience&rdquo; at work. But there&rsquo;s a lot that goes into fostering a positive employee experience and building a culture where employees feel supported, heard, and valued. Empowering every employee to succeed means putting an intentional, strategic focus on the ways we manage people.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>The Art of People Management is an interactive, virtual program designed to support managers, supervisors, and team leaders at the early stages of their leadership journey.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Learners will be supported in developing the foundational leadership skills that enable top performance and high engagement and will walk away with tools, skills, and strategies focused on a variety of supervisory themes, including:</p>=0D=0A=
<p>- Effective Workplace Communication</p>=0D=0A=
<p>- Respect in the Workplace</p>=0D=0A=
<p>- Resolving Workplace Conflict</p>=0D=0A=
<p>- Appreciation in the Workplace</p>=0D=0A=
<p>- Managing Day to Day People Challenges</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Throughout the training, participants are encouraged to commit to applying their learning through practical actions that will expand on their theoretical knowledge.</p>=0D=0A=
