Every manager is responsible for nurturing “the employee experience” at work. But there’s a lot that goes into fostering a positive employee experience and building a culture where employees feel supported, heard and valued.=0D=0A=

Empowering every employee to succeed means putting an intentional, strategic focus on the ways we manage people. The Art of People Management is an interactive, virtual program designed to support managers, supervisors, and team leaders at all levels on their leadership journey.=0D=0A=
=0D=0A=
Learners will be supported in developing the foundational leadership skills that enable top performance and high engagement and will walk away with new tools, skills and strategies focused on a variety of supervisory themes, including:=0D=0A=

• Essential Supervisory Skills=0D=0A=
=0D=0A=
• Effective Workplace Communication=0D=0A=
=0D=0A=
• Respect in the Workplace=0D=0A=
=0D=0A=
• Resolving Workplace Conflict=0D=0A=
• Appreciation in the Workplace=0D=0A=
• Managing Day to Day People Challenges=0D=0A=

Throughout the training, participants are encouraged to commit to apply their learning through practical actions that will expand on their theoretical knowledge.=0D=0A=

Following the formal training program, all participants will receive an opportunity for a “one-to-one” follow-up conversation with the program facilitator, who will provide support for individual leadership needs and current HR challenges.=0D=0A=
=0D=0A=
This is one occurring event split over two weeks with two half-days per week.=0D=0A=
=0D=0A=
The event will take from 9am - 12pm PST on: Tuesday, October 13th & Thursday, October 15th and Tuesday October 20th & Thursday October 22nd=0D=0A=

Event Zoom link will be distributed to registrants a couple of days prior to the event start date.
