This issue, at one time referred to as the "Indian Land Question", has configured politics and relations in BC for well over a century. With the Supreme Court of Canada's historic declaration of title, a new era is upon us all. Doug White, Interim Director of VIU's new Centre for Pre-Confederation Treaties and Reconciliation will present on the decision and its political, legal, social and economic implications.
