<p>This concert kicks off a weekend long TARTAN UP 2015 event, sponsored by the National Sons of Scotland Canada, that is being held in Victoria for the very first time. Sure to be a festive and toe tapping evening, with proceeds going to the Victoria High School band.</p>=0D=0A=
