<p>We will be practicing the traditional 108 move Set, Yi Jin Jing, Lok Hup Ba Fa and Seated Tai Chi: Something for everyone. Meet the instructors and other club members as we practice our form in the Mall! Mid-Island Tai Chi Club offers classes in Nanaimo and Nanoose Bay.</p>=0D=0A=
