DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>Join Chef Ned Bell, for a 3-hour, information-packed Outlandish Shellfish Party.<br /><br />He is the Executive Chef at YEW Seafood and Bar at Four Seasons Hotel in Downtown Vancouver, a former Victoria resident and BC native.
