<p>Victoria Insight Meditation Society is dedicated to supporting the practice of Vipassana or Insight Meditation in the Theravada tradition. Vipassana, or &ldquo;clear seeing,&rdquo; is the meditative practice of mindful attention. We seek to cultivate insight, generosity and kindness in order to awaken body, heart and mind and to foster the possibility of freedom from suffering for all.</p>
