DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>Facilitated by volunteer instructors at Mid Island Tai Chi Club, this full day workshop is a good opportunity for continuing and continuing beginner students to review and fine tune their Tai Chi. Covers Tai Chi Chuan 13 postures, interplay of Yin and Yang, ways to slow down to align and flow, and cultivate energy. Engage in small breakout groups.</p>=0D=0A=
