<p><strong>Swim Course</strong><br /><br />The swim course will take place in Elk Lake. A single-loop course with a rolling start, this is a beautiful place for a race. Average temperatures are fairly warm, while still allowing for the use of wetsuits.</p>=0D=0A=
<p><strong>Bike Course</strong><br /><br />The Subaru IRONMAN 70.3 Victoria bike course is now a single loop! Beginning at Hamsterly Beach, athletes will ride through four beautiful municipalities and enjoy stunning views of Haro Strait, the Coastal Mountains, and Saanich Inlet. The course will include four stocked aid stations, and safety will be ensured by local police, professional traffic control personnel and volunteers.</p>=0D=0A=
<p><strong>Run Course</strong><br /><br />The Subaru IRONMAN 70.3 Victoria triathlon is well known for having one of the best run courses out there. Elk Lake has a 10km trail network that follows the shores of the lake through beautiful wooded parkland. Enjoy soft, shaded trail with no pavement pounding your legs! The run course includes five fully stocked aid stations.</p>=0D=0A=
