<p>Improve your swimming strokes to reach your fitness goals or prepare for an aquatic course. This one day class will focus on stroke technique and drills. You will also receive a workout to continue your swim training on your own pace. Participants must be able to swim 100 meters non-stop.</p>=0D=0A=
