DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>This event originated as a celebration of the agricultural roots of Saanich and has blossomed into a grand festival for all ages.&nbsp; Enjoy an old style family picnic at the beach or take part in a wide range of free family activities.&nbsp; The beautiful beach setting at Beaver Lake creates the ideal location for relaxing while you enjoy stage entertainment or you can entertain the kids in the lower children's section. <br /><br />The traditional serving of Strawberries and Ice Cream starts at 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm.&nbsp; Tickets can be purchased for the strawberries and ice cream from 11:00 am - 2:30 pm at the ticket booth near the main stage area for only 50 cents per serving.</p>
